The intermediate quality adhesive vinyl is a very good all around permanent vinyl that can be used for almost any purpose. This vinyl has a grey backing so that it can blockout or cover minor scuffs when mounting or applying to surfaces.

3M Scotchcal adhesive has gray backing so that it can blockout minor scuffs applying to surfaces. 3MIJ35C utilizes Controltac technology to reduce the amount of air bubbles when install.
