On April 7, 2019, Black Diamond Designs completed a set of Auburn semi-truck graphics directly for Auburn University. The navy tractor cab carries the Auburn Football identity of the program that calls Jordan-Hare Stadium home.
The installation features bold AUBURN FOOTBALL lettering, the interlocking AU, the SEC logo and orange-and-white accent graphics across the cab: a clean, recognizable look that carries Auburn’s brand well beyond the stadium.
Auburn Football Branding on a Semi-Truck
A semi-truck has huge visual impact, but its bodywork brings real installation challenges. This tractor has a tall sleeper cab, broad curved surfaces, windows, door openings and metal trim, and the branding had to sit in balance with the navy paint. The graphics include:
- Orange-and-white AUBURN FOOTBALL lettering on the sleeper cab.
- The interlocking AU emblem.
- The SEC conference mark.
- Orange-and-white accent striping around the upper cab and hood.
- A layout that complements the tractor’s dark finish and chrome.

Precision Installation on a Tractor Cab
Tractor cabs are not flat signs. Curved panels, high mounting areas, door seams, windows and trim all call for careful layout. Our job was to apply the university’s identity cleanly and consistently on a working truck, keeping clear space around openings, hardware and required vehicle identification so the graphics look intentional from every angle.
The photos were taken in an indoor workshop, where the truck could be prepared and the graphics positioned under controlled conditions. That setting makes it easier to check spacing, alignment and edges before a truck goes back into service.
